Easy Wakame Brown Rice

Ingredients :
- 15g dried wakame seaweed*
- 50ml water
- 25g brown rice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Utensils :
Directions :
- 1. Bring water, brown rice, butter, and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, 25 minutes.
- 2. Soak wakame in water for 5 minutes; drain in a mesh strainer.
- 3. Scoop rice into a bowl, and gently fold in wakame, avocado, and sesame seeds.
- 4. Serve warm or cold.
