Kombu To Gyuniku No Itamemono
Ingredients :
- 10g Dried Kombu*
- 2 tsp Organic Soy Sauce*
- Sauce(a):1 tbsp Soy Sauce*, 1 tbsp Sake, 1 tsp Sugar
- 100g Thinly sliced Beef
- 2 tsp Sake
- 2 tsp Potato Flour
- 1 piece Garlic
- Chopped Green Pepper
- 50g bamboo shoots
- Sesame Oil
- Not Applicable
- 1. Soak the Kombu in water for 10 mins then cut into very fine strips. Cut the beef,pepper and bamboo shoot into fine strips.
- 2. Rub the sake, organic soy sauce and potato flour on the beef.
- 3. Stir fry the garlic followed by the beef.
- 4. Stir fry the kombu and vegetables. Once they are cooked, put the beef back in the pan and season with the sauce (a).
