Kombu To Gyuniku No Itamemono

Ingredients :
  • 10g Dried Kombu*
  • 2 tsp Organic Soy Sauce*
  • Sauce(a):1 tbsp Soy Sauce*, 1 tbsp Sake, 1 tsp Sugar
  • 100g Thinly sliced Beef
  • 2 tsp Sake
  • 2 tsp Potato Flour
  • 1 piece Garlic
  • Chopped Green Pepper
  • 50g bamboo shoots
  • Sesame Oil

Directions :
  • 1. Soak the Kombu in water for 10 mins then cut into very fine strips. Cut the beef,pepper and bamboo shoot into fine strips.
  • 2. Rub the sake, organic soy sauce and potato flour on the beef.
  • 3. Stir fry the garlic followed by the beef.
  • 4. Stir fry the kombu and vegetables. Once they are cooked, put the beef back in the pan and season with the sauce (a).
