Ingredients :
  • 45 g Cooked Japanese Rice*
  • 5 tbsp Japanese Style Soy Sauce*
  • 3 tbsp Mrini Sauce*
  • 500g Thinly Sliced Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 40 g Dashi
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sake
Utensils :
  • Not Applicable
Directions :
  • 1. Slice onion thinly. Cut beef into bite sized pieces.
  • 2. Put dashi, soy sauce, sugar, mirin and sake in a pan. Add onion slices in the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
  • 3. Add beef in the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
  • 4. Serve hot Japanese rice in a bowl. Put the beef topping on the top of rice.
