- 45 g Cooked Japanese Rice*
- 5 tbsp Japanese Style Soy Sauce*
- 3 tbsp Mrini Sauce*
- 500g Thinly Sliced Beef
- 1 Onion
- 40 g Dashi
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sake
- Not Applicable
- 1. Slice onion thinly. Cut beef into bite sized pieces.
- 2. Put dashi, soy sauce, sugar, mirin and sake in a pan. Add onion slices in the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
- 3. Add beef in the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
- 4. Serve hot Japanese rice in a bowl. Put the beef topping on the top of rice.
