Sweet Chilli Sauce

Sweet chilli sauce is a popular condiment in Vietnamese and in general Asian cuisine. It is commonly made with chillis and some sweetening ingredient such as fruit or a refined sugar.

This product tastes very nice with many asian dishes and with meats like chicken.

The sauce is made by simply boiling water, sugar, chilli and garlic until thick caramel is made and then blitzing with a blender until chilli are maecerated. Lemon is then added to the sauce to clarify it and the sauce is then bottled.
