Nems Sauce
Nems is the Vietnamese word for spring rolls and Nems Sauce is served over the Nems. It is made primarily from rice vinegar, fish sauce (nuoc nam), palm sugar and fine strips of chilies. The sauce is a delicious balance of sharp, sweet, savoury and spicy flavours.
