No Vietnamese meal is complete without fish sauce which is used instead of salt in everyday cooking and on the table. It is also used as dipping sauce for various seafood and plain meat dishes.
Our fish sauce is naturally fermented using the finest fresh anchovies. It is smooth to taste and possesses a fine aroma unlike other fish sauces that have an overpowering fishy smell. This sauce is slowly maturated during natural fermentation for 12 months and it is the result of nature's own process. Vietnamese Choice Fish Sauce contains natural minerals and other nutrients and is especially high in protein.
